By creating an account or using MyTaste ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MyTaste is an AI-powered interior design platform that allows users to:
Creating an account is free and requires no payment card. You can use the editor to upload photos, choose styles, and set up a project at no charge. Generating AI results, including renders, edits, and declutters, requires credits, which you obtain by subscribing to a plan or purchasing a one-time credit pack. Available plans, packs, and current pricing are shown in the app at checkout.
MyTaste offers monthly and annual subscription plans that grant a recurring monthly credit allowance, and one-time credit packs. Credits are spent on AI image generations (renders, edits, declutters). Plan credits reset at the start of each billing period; credits from one-time packs roll over and do not expire. Available plans, packs, and pricing are displayed on the platform.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes (such as VAT) are calculated automatically based on your location at checkout.
Storage add-ons increase your available storage capacity for a specified duration. Storage is additive. Purchasing multiple storage add-ons extends your total capacity. When storage expires, you will not lose existing files, but you will be unable to upload new files until you purchase additional storage or delete existing files.
You may request an invoice or receipt for any purchase by contacting support@mytaste.design with your account email and purchase details. Invoices are issued in compliance with Romanian fiscal requirements and include applicable VAT.
Purchased credits are non-refundable once they have been used. You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps your access until the end of the current billing period. If you experience technical issues preventing use of purchased credits, contact support within 14 days of purchase for review.

You retain ownership of images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your images through our AI pipeline and store them for your use within the platform.
Design renders generated by the AI are provided for your personal and commercial use. You may use generated designs for interior design planning, client presentations, and social media. However, AI-generated images are created using Google Gemini AI and may be subject to Google's AI output policies.
Free tier: Renders you generate on the free tier are automatically published to the Community Gallery to help build a shared inspiration library. You may request removal of auto-published content at any time by contacting support@mytaste.design (GDPR-compliant).
Paid tiers: You have full self-serve control over your community posts, including the ability to publish, unpublish (toggle visibility), and permanently delete your posts at any time.
By having content displayed in the Community Gallery (whether auto-published or manually published), you grant MyTaste a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your before/after images publicly within the platform for as long as the content remains published.
Product sourcing results are provided for convenience. We do not guarantee product availability, pricing accuracy, or quality. Product links are provided by third-party retailers. Purchases are made directly with those retailers and are subject to their terms and return policies.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party providers (Google Cloud, Stripe, SerpAPI) and may be affected by their outages. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyTaste shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for design packs in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed (see Privacy Policy for retention exceptions).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania, without prejudice to your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
